School and research:

• My work with Christophe Crespelle on some intersection graph classes: neighborhood encoding in interval graphs and permutation graphs, BFS in trapezoid graphs.
• The treecloud visualization.
• The Who's Who of Phylogenetic Networks part of my work as a PhD candidate with Vincent Berry and Christophe Paul.
• My work on 2-interval graphs (supervised by Michel Habib at LIAFA in 2006/2007).
• My research training on optimizing the layout of phylogenetic graphs in Splitstree with Daniel Huson in the Algorithms for Bioinformatics group at the University of Tübingen, from March to July 2005.
